Let's just say, eccentric, O.K?

So I got a little tired of all the thinking, and decided to go to "my room" and create.  It's so messy there is hardy a space to work.  Taking the time to clean, would be wasting the creative energy, so I just kind of scraped off an area and started several projects.  Of course, that meant scraping off little spots here and there to make room, but so what.  So many unfinished intentions, using different mediums and surfaces.  You know what?  It just feels good to finish anything.....a christmas ornament from years ago, a hand painted wooden oval (oils, which hadn't been used in sometime so hard to remove caps) to be used for a large bottom piece for a hand coiled tray or basket.  That had been on the table over a year and now that it's done.....it's not done.  The tray or basket could take who knows how long?  Put that aside-a fantasy box is fun, then decorate a couple pre-made boxes with assorted treasures collected.  How about a couple small,  framed alcohol ink paintings? Yes, have I been on a roll or what?  It has felt good!
It would be soooo nice to continue this into the new year 0f 2017.  It is time to wish all of you Merry Christmas and a 2017 that let's all of us be on a "roll" with gratitude and peaceful thoughts.
Please enjoy.....one at a time.

I am so flattered! Thank you. I did see your comment as to whether or not I sell on line. Sometime ago an attempt to set up a Weebly Website was made specifically for coiled baskets/trays. It created no action whatsoever, so have basically not kept up. Currently, pine coiled items are sold exclusively through a local outlet (Hamley's Western Store) in Pendleton, Oregon. I jump around with my creative endeavors and would love to sell on-line but so far, not technology clever enough! I enjoy linking with sites I like on the Blog, and you, too, have a very enjoyable Blog!
It would be an honor to be featured on your page. Please advise what you would like.....and thanks, again. oregonjo@gmail.com
