!Go Ahead....believe it

In reference to the previous posting regarding obtaining a passcard, you can go ahead and believe it is absolutely ridiculous the hoops they put a Korean Veteran, 82 year old American citizen through! Yup!  They denied him again!!!  They have his money, they have his original documents, with the amendments, and there comes, yet, another letter.  Denied.  He needs to find a blood relative or the attending physican, of his generation, to attest to the fact he really was born here!!  His parents have passed, his siblings all proceeded him in death, and that poor, old country Doctor, that delivered him at home, is long ago deceased!  Do we really want to cross the Mexican Border that much while in Arizona?  Maybe not.  Let's just let them cross our borders illegally.  Unless, "Becky," a truly human person that understands the dilemma working for that agency is of assistance!  Thanks, "Becky" for realizing all things, are not, "cut and dried,"
